    My company was formally put into production in early 2003 and now has an annual output of more than 1,500 tons capacity, 500 kg and 250 kg intermediate frequency electric furnace 2 sets. The main products include precision castings such as various kinds of stainless steel, heat-resisting steel, wear-resistant steel, the high, medium and low alloy steel, general carbon steel etc.and sand castings. Precision castings are produced, mainly based on sodium silicate technology while combined technique and silica sol processing technique also be used. We are particularly good at casting small parts with high surface quality requirements in mass production. Our clients are mainly from thermoelectric auxiliary machinery, forestry machinery, construction machinery and chemical industrial equipments. We also manufacture products of stainless steel welding fixture for companies of heat exchangers in mass production. 

   In the past few years, our company had business cooperation mainly with foreign companies from Japan, the Netherlands, Italy, North America and so on. Take Japanese Zhengda Company Limited and Construction Equipment Company as an example, our company mainly produce joints for scaffolding and locking bolt devices for this company, with its annual output more than 300 thousand sets, and the quality of products is highly appreciated and accepted by the customers. Our company manufactures a series of products for UNOCI of the Netherlands (LKL) Precision Technology Limited and UNOCI of the Netherlands (LKL) Gate Ltd. Such as a variety of connecting parts like gears, wheels, sprocket and especially transmission gear for doors.  The transmission gears for doors can be directly used and assembled after casting without machining. Our company can supply more than 100,000 sets of gears per year and has supplied more than 5 years.  We have cooperation with Italian Bo resistance Dili (Suzhou) Limited and supplied valve and instrument boxes products for two years.
